Rates
Initial 50-Minute Session: $190
Subsequent 50-Minute Sessions: $160
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If arrangements have been made to bill your insurance company, sessions will be charged at the rate of $160.00 per session, following the initial session. It is important for you to know that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE PAYMENT should these programs deny your claim or only pay a partial amount, for any reason.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or you have not notified Becky at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
